The buying process

Every vehicle and destination is different. Use these steps as a guide, and confirm the details of your purchase in writing.

Explore the inventory

Compare available BYD models, listed mileage, first-registration dates and prices. Open the vehicle gallery to review the available photos and specifications.

Enquire about a vehicle

Send us the listing or vehicle reference, your destination country and any questions. Ask about current availability and request additional information before deciding.

Review your quotation

Request a written quote for the specific vehicle and destination. Check the currency, quote validity and which transport, document or other charges are included.

Confirm the purchase details

Before making a payment, review the vehicle identification, seller details, payment schedule, delivery terms and cancellation conditions in the written agreement.

Discuss transport and documents

Confirm the available transport options, estimated schedule and required documents for your destination. Ask which arrangements are handled by each party.

Prepare for arrival

Check the destination-side steps with your local broker or relevant authority. Confirm any applicable clearance, collection and registration arrangements before shipment.
